Orders are create on demand and usually prepared in 3-4 business days, sometimes can take up to 7 days to dispatch. After this period, delivery is usually expected in 4-5 business days for (ITALY), 8-25 business days (USA, CANADA). However this is not a guaranteed time frame.
Shipped is by the best solution we can find at the moment (Ups, Bartolini, Poste) and it's calculate to give the less rate possible. Tracking is provided for all of products. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to become active.
We are not responsible for lost items, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please check your order carefully.
